The City of Medford has a new trash schedule with updated policies and procedures - including a longer season for yard waste pick-up and a fee for bulk items. The new schedule is here - scroll about halfway down the page. The new schedule is good July 2024-June 2025.

The DPW also sets the city-wide Street Sweeping schedule - which happens for most streets only twice a year, in spring and fall. It's more frequent for what they call "main drags" so you should def figure out where you live and when they sweep, especially if you'll be parking on the street at all.
Parking is a separate department in Medford; some residential streets require residents to display a permit and some do not - good to know.
